GOVERNING RESOLUTIONS

Governing Resolution 1

Number of Board Members
The number of chapter board members shall be nine.  The term of each shall be two years.The terms shall be staggered as determined by the board upon the passage of this resolution.


Governing Resolution 2

Emeritus Board Members

A board member who has served for five (5) years shall be entitled to become an emeritus board member upon his or her request.  If emeritus status is requested during a board member's term, such request will create a vacancy on the board.  Emeritus members shall be entitled to all the rights and privileges of a board member except that they may not vote on board items.
